  I have been a long time customer of verizon. I have been to several verizon and tcc stores. As a long time salesperson myself, i try and understand what the manger or salesperson may be going through that day while they are helping me. Mangers and salespeople can be under alot of stress when it come to getting paid on commision but....alot when you have goals that has to be met or job is on the line.
  Recently reading about changes to the phone cell companys. I beleive this store and employees are doing an amazing job. If people has went here and hasnt had a goid exsperience please give them another chance.
  Maybe its all of my years of working with the public or maybe going through very hard struggles and you pray and keep right on working praying you are doing your best and if you let someone down or you think you do, you feel horrible about it and are very sorry.
  I want to say thank you to the manger and the salesperson. At the centralia il tcc store.

  Not a pleasant experience. Dealt with a very rude young lady She was not busy at all but acted as though it was a hardship to answer our concerns. I have been a good customer for many years
